We’re a tight-knit team of creatives, strategists and go getters. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join us – someone with flair, drive, and a knack for turning ideas into action.
The Role
As an Account Manager at MB Media, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. You’ll be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, from shaping campaign strategies and writing compelling content, to managing timelines and building strong relationships.
This is a hands on, all rounder role. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple accounts, and bring both creative thinking and commercial acumen to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication at every stage.
- Develop and manage creative campaigns – from concept to execution.
- Write engaging content for a variety of channels including digital, social, print and video.
- Oversee day to day project management, timelines, and budgets.
- Brief and collaborate with internal creative and production teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
- Support new business development through proposals, pitches and presentations.
Our ideal person,
- Proven experience in an similar role, ideally within a creative, media, or digital agency however it’s not a deal breaker if not.
- Strong creative instincts and a passion for storytelling and brand communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills you’re confident, collaborative, and client-focused.
- A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure and can manage multiple projects at once.
- Skilled in content writing, campaign planning and team coordination.
- Someone who lives and breathes marketing.
- Approachable, personable and most importantly driven.
- Unfiltered creativity with the ability to think outside the box.
- It’s important that you can demonstrate excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment (and enjoy it).
